NetworkID Password Reset

If you don't know your password and you have not already created your PIN, questions and answers, you will need to contact the ITS Helpdesk at 871-7501 for assistance in resetting your password prior to using this system.

To reset your password you must enter your NetworkID and 4 character alphanumeric PIN, and then correctly answer your two challenge questions. You will then be presented with a form to enter your new password, once that is submitted your password will be automatically reset within 5 minutes.
