If you don't know your password and you have not already created your PIN, questions and answers, press your browser back arrow, click on Activate My ID and follow the steps.

To reset your password you must enter your NetworkID and 4 character alphanumeric PIN, and then correctly answer your two challenge questions. You will then be presented with a form to enter your new password, once that is submitted your password will be automatically reset within 5 minutes.
